Entry-Level Courses

The Ingham Auto Academy Entry-Level courses are designed to support you in your new role within the automotive industry by giving you a structured training program and path for success in your chosen profession. You’ll gain a national certificate and practical work experience in one of our cadet roles in sales, service, parts or administration.

Being part of the Ingham Group means you will have future career opportunities in sales, after-sales, management, operations, marketing or other corporate roles.

Courses in the Ingham Auto Academy are all completed while working for an Ingham dealership. You will complete both on-line and practical assessments while earning and learning on the job.

If you are leaving high-school or graduating university, and are interested in vehicles or retail sales, then a position within the Ingham Auto Academy could be perfect for you. You can start in sales or a customer service role and perfect your skills in our training program.

Alternatively, if you are really passionate about vehicles, why not sell them? There’s no age or experience barrier to the Ingham Auto Academy. You just need to be a hard worker, good at listening to customers, a problem solver and passionate about developing your career past an entry level job.
